# Voting

### WeiPower

If u are owner of [$WEI](/whitepaper/economy/wei-usdwei.md) tokens, you are also awarded a special "WeiPower", which gives you the right to vote for various decisions and put forward these decisions yourself, if your strength of votes is enough.

### Governance

The key task of management is to control the flow of [$ACR](/whitepaper/economy/acredit-usdacr.md). Starting from the 13th month after the initial generation [$ACR](/whitepaper/economy/acredit-usdacr.md) the system will launch the first vote in which several issues will be determined.

* What is the reduction of awards [$ACR](/whitepaper/economy/acredit-usdacr.md) required at the moment (-50%, -67% -75%).
* When will the next vote be held (6m, 9m, 12m)

The decision taken at the voting comes into force after the end of the voting period, initially set as the 3rd day (72 hours).
